Q: How do I make an order?
A: To make an order, browse though the online store, from clothing to footwear and accessories/beauty, when you have found the item that you like, select the size if applicable and click the button ‘add to cart’. When you have finished shopping in the top right corner of your screen, there will be the shopping bag, click on that to proceed to the checkout, you then follow the on screen instructions. It really is that simple!
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If your order has been dispatched then you will have to go through the returns process for a refund.

FAQ’S ON RETURNS
Q: How do I send my return?
A: With your invoice you will receive a returns address sticker, please place this sticker on your return parcel. You have 14 days to return your items from date of receipt. You must also fill out the form on the reverse of your invoice.
Q: Do I have to pay for returns?
A: You will have to pay the delivery costs for unwanted returned goods. We will reimburse you if you recieve the wrong item or a faulty item.
Q: Do I have a form to fill out?
A: Yes, please fill out the returns form in My Account.
Q: I’ve received the wrong item!
A: Please fill out the returns form in My Account and post the item back to us. We will send out the new item and reimburse your postage costs.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we have received your returned item we will process your refund within 3 days, you will receive an email to inform you that we have received your return and are processing the refund. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to be credited into your account.
Q: Can I exchange my item?
A: Yes, please fill out the returns form on My Account and place a new order for the items you want.
